In fact, it seems like a lot of folks worked right through the holiday season to get those deals done right before or just after the first of this year. Everytime Tess, Leif and I turned around in the past few weeks, someone bought somebody else. Take a look at our front page: We have a major systems integration deal with Securadyne buying IAS, a big manufacturer buy by Avigilon, which got into video analytics with the purchase of Video IQ, and a montoring move by Security Partners, which bought Mace's central station in Anaheim, Calif. The Securadyne deal will be one to watch.
