Active Shooter:
EMERgency24's Incident Command and Communication service, which is a web-based platform that,
once initiated on site via pull station, mobile fob or gunshot sensor, alerts fi rst responders immediately
of the emergency via text, email, voice contact or FAX. Within that message is a secure link for
fi rst responders to take control of the portal to provide building occupants and other stakeholders,
such as administrators/teachers and politicians, with information. This service enables two-way
communication between responders and building occupants and ability to view video feeds. First
responders have access to emergency documents and visual point identifi cation of the alarm-event
origin overlaid on a fl oor plan.
