We have recently started a Facebook page to help spread the
message of who we are and what we are doing. We know
the importance of connecting and communicating with our
customers and prospective customers. We are adding this to
augment our regular, monthly email communications to both
current and prospective customers alike of upcoming seminars,
webinars, products and service offerings.

While UCC has Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, we currently utilize
LinkedIn the most. We use LinkedIn to stay in touch with our dealers and vendors
to let them know which trade shows we will be at, association events, dealer
appreciation events, etc.

Social content for Monitronics' Dealer Program includes a blog, Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. They provide up-to-date, relevant content
focusing on industry news, Monitronics announcements, upcoming news
and events, and content that dealers can repurpose through their own
social media. The "social curation" page (www.monidealerprogram.com/
getsocialwithus.html) provides an overview of Monitronics social media
activity all in one place. Since social media is all about interaction, dealers
are encouraged to join the discussion and share their news, whether it's
about their businesses, anniversaries, milestones or even new family
additions. Monitronics dealers deserve to be recognized, and social media
is a powerful tool.
