UCC provides a wide array of monitoring services for burglar alarms, f re alarms,
elevator and emergency telephones, two-way and PERS units, video monitoring, IP
monitoring, and interactive home solutions. UCC can accommodate many services
that are benef cial to our dealers' residential and commercial customers, and we are
continuously seeking out and evaluating the next generation of products and services.
In business since 1982, all of UCC's central station operators are certif ed by the CSAA
Central Station Operator Level I online course, earning us the CSAA Five Diamond
Central Station rating. UCC is licensed in all jurisdictions that require a license and
currently provides contract alarm monitoring services for alarm dealers that represent
over 235,000 homes and businesses across the United States.
We understand our alarm dealers and their needs because many of UCC's sales and
management team were alarm dealers at one point. We have been in their shoes
and have a unique understanding of what it takes to support alarm dealers and to
help them succeed. Our support is very hands on and includes expert consultation
on monitoring and controlling attrition, evaluating marketing strategies and analyzing
